it is weird
if I eat a regular meal with carbs, I am bedsick
if I eat just a donut on an empty stomach, I am fine
if I eat a regular or extra large meal with zero carbs, I am totally fine.
at first I thought it was all the blood rushing to my stomach to digest the food. But I proven that isn't it by gorging on massive amount of meat and veggies. Then I tried a meal with carb (just bread), and even a regular or mid-to-small size meal -> instant fatigue, have to rest.
One donut, fine.
here's the real "problem"
If I don't eat at all, I am not hungry. After 24-48 hours, I feel more energy. I am able to go a week then I get scared.
So I am stuck, against my will, eating zero-carb. But a donut or candy bar is fine. Also I am never hungry. I've lost 50+ pounds. If somebody asks me how I lost my weight, I guess I'll have to tell them: Candy, donuts, sticks of butter, coconut oil, and gorging on 1-2lb roasts/steaks/chicken with some veggies for taste... and going for a week without eating once and a while because I get more energy (??).
everything is the opposite.
