Full moon getting anyone this week?

Just putting it out there. Im not sure if mine may be more severe because my adrenals are crashy but this full moon has been an anxiety nightmare. Full moons always get me but this is particularly bad and unusual. Anyone else?

Big time. This one has been a nightmare. Worse flare in a while. Dizziness, poor circulation, visual disturbances, anxiety is poking in, but I control it a bit better these days. Yesterday I pretty much cried from 11am to around 6pm. No kidding. Just kept breaking into tears. It's not just you. This was a biggie. I could feel it.

I don't know what it is, but something weird is happening in my stomach. Someday I should definitely try antiparasitics. I was feeling fine until today though.

Even though i hate to hear you are getting hit so hard it's a bit comforting to know it's in fact the moon and not a bunch of new health things i cant figure out. Full moons are brutal

Today has still been bad anxiety but i got the solemn/ crying spells today. Im hoping tonight is the last bad night. Horrible

Yes every single time, I was bedridden yesterday, it's literally like clockwork. I hate it.

Is fatigue what gets flared up for you?

Something is happening to me, but I don't know if the full moon has anything to do with it.

Wed night, I slept so good and comfortably for close to 7 hours straight. That rarely happens. Then I got up Thu morning and was assaulted by the relative's fragrance, which sent me into near rage. The rest of yesterday went poorly.

Had a bad night last night - dreams about moldy buildings, joint pain, muscle tension, gritting my teeth in my sleep and and waking up with tooth pain.

After getting up and starting the day, I had noticeable air hunger, tension across my ribs, and asthma-like symptoms just like I did 3 years ago. It upset me so much, I started to post about this morning but could never focus long enough to do so.

I've also coughed up little bits of phlegm twice in the past few days. Haven't had that in a few years either. I don't know what's going on, but it sure had me on edge today.

I don't want to go through the asthma-like symptoms again like I did in 2015. I had terrible air hunger, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and rib tension unabated for 4 months until a pulmonologist put me on high dose steroid inhalers for a month, even though I tested negative for asthma. He had no clue what was causing my symptoms. I don't ever want to be that sick and helpless again.

I wouldn't even know what to do now if it happened again. The pulmo probably wouldn't do anything if I told him I have Lyme/co, and I'd be afraid to take steroids again anyway, now that I know. Back then, it was the only thing that helped. Albuterol didn't really help, and I was afraid of using it.

Had the same both last night and the night before. Insane levels of tension, anxiety, panic and night terrors.
Do you have adrenal fatigue? I know that's fairly common with us CIRS/toxicity patients

I'm not sure if I have adrenal fatigue. I don't really know what that is or what it feels like.

I probably have had it at different periods in the past 3 years, but I don't feel like I have it right now (except maybe earlier today).

My worms were being pulled STRONGLY in the 2 days up to the full moon, magic socks, epsom bath, alka seltzer gold, lots of sasparilla and burber helped enormously..yeah big time herx on this moon

I thought it was, saw the full moon, was up cleaning my car at 5am. Had extreme sensitivity to a relatives fragrance (this one relative bullies me even while knowing I'm sick, family dynamic I guess). I've been eating super-well except for some little slips with beer and fro yo, but I don't like to torture myself over it. I'm keeping busy at my lower stress job at being self-employed, even though I can't afford to pay myself a salary yet. I went to bed super-early one night around 7pm and slept until 4-5 am and slept more before that, like one day I stayed in bed all day and night, may have slept 18-24 hours (!) a few days before full moon... with the help of prescriptions Trazodone, Hydroxyzine Pamoate and/or Doxepin. But I felt largely spared since my diet is really cleaned up lately (Keto/Paleo mostly).

WalkingbyFaith, your post reminded me of something strange that happened to me all last week. Every time I ate (and only when I was eating) I kept coughing up phelm. Could this mean I have a lung parasite? I though maybe I had a cold, but I didn't really feel sick. And I haven't been eating anything different.

He believes the phlegm is protozoan in origin.

I wondered about lung parasites, too.

My chiropractor was seeing a homeopath who does bioresonance. She found parasites and gave him something. Prior to this, he had a chest xray for something and it showed a spot or shadow that the doctors didn't know what it was. After his treatment, he said he coughed up some jelly looking stuff one day. Not long after, he had another chest xray, and that mysterious spot was no longer there. He figured he must have coughed up a parasite.

BTW, I was still feeling out of sorts yesterday - depressed like. I was unusually blah, untalkative, withdrawn yesterday.
