Hello, I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the modified cowden protocol and if so did you see good results with it? From what I have been reading this is a good protocol for early stage Lyme. about
two weeks ago I had a bug bit that turned into a red circular rash, it did not itch or hurt.

I have been seen by two doctors and both of them say that it isn't Lyme because it's not a bulls eye rash. My primary doctor did give me 200mg of doxy but that was way after 72 hours of it forming. She a.sp gave me a blood test for Lyme and told me to get it done in 2 weeks but I know how inaccurate the test can be. I can not afford a LLD right now but am worried if I wait and see what happens if it is Lyme it could go into another stage. If I try one of the Lyme protocols will it hurt if I do not have Lyme? Thank you for your help!
