Xylitol / lactoferrin

what's the reason for taking xylitol / lactoferrin the first 7 days of the month?

Are these Rx or can they be purchased without a script?

If I want these, where/what kind do I buy?

How/when do you take it?

The xylitol can cause diarrhea until you’re body gets accustomed to it

Maybe I should of phrased the question better. Why only for seven days and not everyday? Is it not necessary to keep at it everyday?

I don’t know - I guess it’s sufficient -not needed daily.

Cyst busters are only two days per month.

Would cooking with the xylithol have the same biofilm buster property than taking it like you do in the morning?

I don’t know - but you’d need to gauge that you’re getting the full two tsp in what your eating.

Not to sound snooty, but it's part of a complex protocol and I could imagine there could be safety issues with trying to replicate it without a doctor's guidance. I made myself very sick by accidentally taking a biofilm buster without an antibiotic to kill what was released for an extended time. (Prior doctor/ miscommunication.)

Actually the last xylitol I bought from our local health food store.

I take it every morning (7 days in a row) on empty stomach.

2tsp xylitol and 500 mg lactoferrin.

I started lower dose of xylitol when I first started it.

Any vitamin company is good for the lactoferrin. I’m not at home now and can’t remember the brand.

Is this Dr J's current biofilm protocol? That small of an amount?

What's the difference between xylitol and stevia? I thought the research was done with stevia. Do some doctors use stevia instead? I see stevia mentioned more than xylitol by other forum members.

That’s what I take - yes.
I started off on lower dose of xylitol for a few rounds.

Why do you say it’s a low dose?

I have no knowledge that it's a low dose, im just able to take way more without any effect. Im not sure if that's indicative of anything or not
