Positive CD57+

yes, good place to start, I had these:

- IMMUNOLOGY MARKERS - CD4/CD8, T CELLS, T-LYMPHOCYTE
- B LYMPHOCYTES test
- NATURAL KILLER CELLS - CD16+/56+ LYMPHOCYTES

Above looks good.

Here were my tests and the order I had them:
After observing these:
1)CD57
2)total lymphocytes
3)Proteins: Proteins total, Globulin total, Albumin

I did these:
4) Immunoglobulins g,a,m,e
5)Looks like this was a "package" of:
-T and B cells, total
then broken down:
-CD19 absolute and percentage (B cells)
-CD3 absolute and percentage (total T cells)

since some above were low, then the Dr did these:

Alpha 1 Globulin
Alpha 2 Globulin
Beta Globulin
Gamma Globulin
M Spike
CD 4 helper
CD4/CD8
NK CELLS - CD16+/56

In addition to the lymphocytes (all the above are that), the other specific white blood cell "families" were also tested (they are not related to cd57 though), neutos, monos, Eos, Baso

Hi I need someone’s help!
I have had the following blood tests done with Armin labs in Germany.
-Borrelia Elispot
-CD3/CD57+cells test
-Borrelia SeraSpot

Results: Negative SeraSpot
Negative Elispot
Very low CD57 (19)
I am thinking of getting tested now for;
1. chlamydia pneumoniae
2.mycoplasma pneumoniae
3. Anaplasma

Also would you recommend I get Babesia? Antibodies and DNA-PCR

That will come to about €700. It’s so expensive and really is it not like finding a needle in a haystack?
I can get tested now and have these extra results for the consultant when I eventually get to see him...or wait to see him and see what he recommends. I think it’s a guessing game either way? It may be February before I get an appointment unless I travel to Germany
Symptoms; chronic fatigue, neck and shoulder pain, muscle aches, intermittent headaches, finger joint pain, heart ectopics, low ferritin

Cured is somewhat of an opinion, so I hesitated in mentioning this for while while making sure what was left behind was slow repairing damage and not ongoing lyme. Id say the shorter time one has been ill, the more likely hood of a shorter time frame and more complete and obvious state of being "cured".

I mainly did (shot gun" ABX over about 14 months (with some detox breaks in there) because I had health insurance and abx under a Dr looked easier than the confusing world of herbs. You have to read a lot of the lyme books to decide on what herbal route.

I do not care for chapter style books. They drag out simple points for pages just to make more pages waiting my time. . I did not have time for books, and reading comprehension /anxiety issues made it impossible. this also gave me adult dyslexia, which has improved. I can read now, but still dont like wasting time with books when online gets to the point once you find the right page. I worked almost the entire time with this without outside financial help, so again, time was everything, "chill time" is a must too.

Per my previous info the reason I dove into cd57 and further immune cell info is because it did not hardly improve at all. This happens to many "cured" lymies - they and their Dr just ignore it. I chose not to ignore it.

**Anyone with low T and B cells will also have low cd57** - Because thats what it is, a compilation of immune lymphocyte measurements. My immunologists non lyme patients would be low too- people who never had lyme. So this is a difficult issue as its not always lyme, but can be.

One more thing - have you had exposure to mold? Mold can cause a lot of the same symptoms as Lyme and involves immune suppression.

Good question! I wonder how much mould exposure would you need? Can you get a blood test for that? Our house is a 1960’s house, since modernised but some mould spotted from time to time around windows which I wash with Milton! Could that do it?!

You can get a blood test for mycotoxins from Realtime Labs. It’s expensive. Do some online research first. Google CIRS, Shoemaker mold. Dr. Shoemaker is the one who came up with the diagnostic labs and treatment protocol.

I just reviewed my latest immune tests; Immunoglobulins, T,B,NK cells, and sub-classes of these.

The results are still very similar between the three sets of repeated tests in nine months as a baseline.

Immune Dr said to just repeat the same tests one year from now and compare again. Since I'm not sick, and these levels are stability, to not worry about it. He admits my results are a little unusual, but also states this is a somewhat mysterious area of medicine.

Got the results of blood tests today.
All tests were negative except weak positive antibodies indicating borderline humoral immune responses against Borrelia Burgdorferi.
CD57 19 (100-360)
What do you think this means?
Does it mean I may have had or have lymes but my body worked hard to get rid of it?

B.Burg+afz +gar+IgM 0.974 ratio
Ratio 0.01-0.89 negative
Ratio 0.90-0.99 weak
Ratio > = 1.00 positive

So mine is weak..stating weak positive antibodies indicating borderline humoral immune responses against Borrelia Burgdorferi.
Bear in mind CD57 is 19
I am assuming, I couldn’t have any kind of antibody to Borrelia Burdorferi unless I have lyme? weak or otherwise.
I have all the symptoms of Lyme but diagnosis of Chronic fatigue. Don’t remember ever being bitten but I was in a lyme/wooded area in Finland before symptoms developed?
