Are generic versions of antibiotics still effective?

Do they all work the same? So I am buying my meds from all day chemist, and its great because they are reasonable prices. I believe the rifabutin is ributin and the minocycline is called minoz. Will they have the same effect as name brand?

I’ve been told the generics are good.
