I’m having a hard time coming up with a good schedule to take everything without interactions with either food or other medications.
I have to take thyroid medication in the AM with nothing else for an hour.
Than there’s bactrim and Mepron which I have to take with fat, but cannot take with detox stuff or probiotics.
I struggle to take everything I need to take in the hours in the day.
This is what I have to take in a day:
Levothyroxine
Liothyronine (morning & afternoon)
LDN
adrenal cortex
Vitamin D
thyroid support multi vitamin type thing
Pekana detoxification drops 3x day
Probiotics & saccharomyces boulardi
GI-revive
Chlorella
Butterbur Extra
BLT anti microbial drops 2x day
Bactrim 2x day
Mepron 2x day
Betaine w/ pepsin
I also have the charcoal but can never seem to take it, I can’t find time to fit it in.
How do you do it with your routine?
Can you take all the support supplements in between breakfast and lunch, and between lunch and dinner?
Can you take the charcoal around 8:00 p.m.?
Then take your probiotics after lunch and then again at 10:00 p.m. before bed?
