Bloodwork to consider

Apologies if this is something that has already been mentioned, I tried to go back the last 5 or 6 pages and didn’t see anything regarding blood work I should have done to eliminate some other underlying issues.. I’ll be going in for more in the following weeks and would like to cover all that I can.. thanks

Bitten in June.. tooth pain hip inflammation, Achilles’ tendon swelled up, headaches first month... then POTS, panic attacks, depersonalization.. tested with western blot in October came back band 41 positive. Been on doxy for 7 weeks.. herxed badly for 3 weeks then pots settled down.. seeing a PA at Dr j specialty clinic in DC... I start augmentin, septra DS and flagyl in a few weeks...I’ve already seen the following doctors/specialist
ENT performed blood work for tsh, T3,T4 hearing test for ringing in left ear which I failed...
Cardiologist performed metabolic blood work.. echo.. stress test, Holter monitor, tilt table. Everything was normal except for tilt.. lying HR was 38 within 10 seconds of upright I went to 110.
Numerous family doctors/ER Doctors have tested for vitamin deficiencies and hormone levels..
2 separate neurologist.. had a brain MRI in t3 WO contrast.. came back completely normal except for some sinus cysts which I was told were normal and couldn’t be causing any of my issues.

I’m definitely going to see an endo.. I abused anabolic steroids in the past. My testosterone levels are extremely low. Right at 300.. I’m a 24 year old male with the levels of a 95 year old..

I just realize that I need to straighten up every aspect of my lifestyle if I want to recover from this. And without a medical doctor to take me serious I’d like to know where to start, head to toe, and just kind of fix stuff as I treat infection. If I were to express this to my PA at my next appointment with my LLMD do you think that would be something they would provide guidance on?

Just looked back at the paperwork they gave me, you’re right I have lab orders in there lol. I think she mentioned before my B12 was slightly low... I take a multivitamin.. is that enough?

I think I have some B-12 somewhere in my medicine cabinet I just never tried. May add it into my regimen.

I’ve had the ANA markers checked when I first became sick and they were normal.. maybe they’ve changed since then!

Me too, Girlie.. the first neurologist I had saw was convinced that MS was what I had going on. I don’t fit the bill for most of it now.. in the beginning everything was off the chain, I was also pretty positive I had RA. My right hip is staying so swollen. But, it was one of my first symptoms. It’s the hip on the leg I was bitten on.
