Welcome to the forum Raj94!
I'm not as familiar with interpreting ArminLabs results although I have heard they are quite good. Given your symptoms and the test indicating presence of borrelia, I think it makes sense to look into treatment. Like you I was sick for a long time and had thought of lyme but never recalled a tick bite or rash, only to learn later this isn't always the case with getting a rash...
The ideal would be getting evaluated by an llmd and evaluating for coinfections. I don't know the llmds situation in the UK. I know quite a few UK patients who can afford it travel to places like Germany or US for treatment. You may want to start a thread asking "Looking for LLMD in (your geographic area)." If you enable your email in your profile people will message you through there with suggestions.
Otherwise there are plenty of herbal treatments out there. In regards to resources, I highly recommend Dr Richard Horowitz's book on these illnesses, and also Stephen Buhner's books on lyme and he has books on the coinfections. Buhner also has a good website with the basic protocols and some information on the infections.

I hope that helps a bit. Keep reading, posting, asking questions, the archives are also a good resource.
