Intranasal glutathione spray?

Hi everyone,

I just started an intranasal glutathione spray in the hopes it will help with my herxing. I've been taking oral liposomal glutathione for about 4-5 months prior and haven't been seeing as much relief as I was hoping? Anybody have any experience with the spray form positive or negative?

I’ve only used oral liposomal. I’m curious though and hope someone responds.

A lyme friend of mine here in town swears by the intranasal glutathione. He says it gives him very quick relief.
