Does this mean its killing some bacteria?

I don’t know but I had similar experience after taking an herbal parasite formula for a few weeks that had neem in it. Was having bart herxes. Suspected the neem was busting some kind of biofilm.

I think the biofilms are opening up and releasing the bacteria into your bloodstream

Are you taking meds/herbs to treat - in addition to the biofilm buster?

You don’t want to take a buster without something to kill off what’s released.

agree with girlie the biofilms are most likely breaking up the hiding places the bacteria are in and going into your bloodstream then your immune system is reacting to it and/or they are causing their mayhem. this happened to my wife when she first started taking lactoferrin and she seems pretty infected with bart it gave her a massive headache for the first few rounds then died down.
