I am a patient of Dr H, that's why I said the brand and amounts he had me on without qualifiers, and yes it is nutramedix stevia. He also mentions that he uses nutramedix stevia in his latest book pg78. Tbh I've never noticed anything with the stevia either, it's not that I recommend it since I pretty much agree with your assessment of that brand, but I was just answering the original question as to what Dr H uses (at least in my case). He also uses monolaurin/lauricidin which I forgot to mention.
Thank you so much for clarifying that sebreg.
I'd really give the other Sweat Leaf brand a try, because again, the Nutramedix supplements never worked for me. I tried Samento, Banderol, Cumanda... And there's other who reported the granulated Stevia along with other brands didn't work for them either. Need the purest most potent form, "whole leaf" is very important to see printed on the label.
Essential oils are much more potent than any products Nutramedix puts out, I'd try those such as oregano oil or cinnamon bark, I like the NOW brand, both listed on the GRAS list.
