I seem to have lymph edema (lymph fluid retension) in my lower legs. Its not real bed, but not normal either. People with "sock rings" after removing calf length regular socks will understand what im talking about
.
Not lyme, but maybe can be partially from after affects, who knows. I dont rule out anything anymore as lyme does damage to the body long term.
Some people have multiple circulation issues, often Edema (slow Lymph fluid accumulation) and blood clotting go hand in hand, I seem to be one of them even though Iv been in great physical shape/conditioning whole life, even past 50. This is not a weight issue and this lymph issue caught me totally by surprise. Ive always felt I had some circulation issue, its hard to describe the feeling unless you know it.
I had a lower leg clot a few years ago the same month that I ended ABX. I went in to ER knowing the clotting gene ahead of time per 23/me and hereditary history. That leg now leaves sock marks and its getting worse, other leg too, not as bad though, but I can make pitting from pushing in with my thumb after not moving much. This is lymph fluid as blood clotting is harder.
Any advice/experience with this anyone?
I found/made a list of 8 supps, red root seems to be the most common.
Ive heard of "water pills"(what are they?) for "old people", I dont feel old but maybe I am lol!
thankls
