Everyone had read about
gut health, its a fad for a good reason. But this information is only helpful if you look at the steps and go in the right order. Just eating "clean" is not always enough.
Note: After I talked to my endo about
food choices and gut health last few years "making or breaking" effective thyroid treatment, he took this with a grain of salt like it was BS. Today after seeing my first-time-in-20 years stable thyroid, he asked if I was still gluten free since he sees a positive pattern in this now. These conventional medicine specialists are thick skulled and take a long time to change their minds.
There is evidence that non celiac but still gluten sensitive people can eat it again once the gaps in micro villi are healed. Im in no big hurry to do add gluten in again, but I do miss it.
