Any tips for speeding up lymphatic drainage? In general, herbs & tinctures that are good for the lymph system? Is serrapeptase (the enzyme) good for this. All advice/ thoughts appreciated, thanks!

I've heard that red root is good for lymph drainage. Other things that can help include bouncing on a trampoline or lots of little jumps, massages... I'm not sure in regards to serrapeptase, it generally helps with blood flow but not sure how it affects the lymphatic system.
A friend of mine was just telling me about
using a "bed of nails" which she says has been helping her with lymphatic drainage. Can get this relatively cheaply on amazon.

This is the lymph massage I was doing when I had a swollen/hard and sore lymph node in the Clavicle area.

Hi sebreg, Many thanks! It's really helpful to know. I think I have a red root tincture, just haven't started it yet. I will look into the rest also. xxx

I tried the red root tincture for a month, didn't help me with achy lymph in my left jaw area.
what did help was exercise, riding my bike. I think the sweating and activity helps it move.
i noticed that my achy lymph completely went away after i finished my antibiotics, rifabutin. i think the antibiotics themselves were taxing my lymph system. i detoxed plenty during this time, so not sure what else to attribute it to.

If you like homeopathy Itires has been recommended to me several times. Though it doesn't work for me. But I don't respond to homeopathy anyway.
