I took Liposomal Glutathione the first half of last year. it was helpful, i felt a subtle boost of energy in the afternoon after i took, at that time the boost was much needed as i was struggling with fatigue more.
after that i started Liposomal Oregano Oil that has low dose of ALA in it, around the same time i started 2400mg of NAC daily (2x 1200mg). i did a lot of lot of reading on NAC, in addition to the aiding detox processes, NAC has a lot of antibiofilm properties (for inhibiting and tearing down existing biofilm colonies) so i wanted to try it.
Note, i did have 2 small amalgam fillings in my mouth, very small ones on the side of two of my teeth. i can't say i felt worse in any way, with small of ALA i took that comes in Liposomal Oregano Oil.
over the past year i did improve greatly, my symptoms are nearly cleared. i can't say if any of these three had a direct correlation to symptoms, but overall i am sure they contributed something.
like others i take a long list of other supplements too. Milk thistle, monolaurin, fish oil, probiotics, B12, D3, K2, C, Selenium, Magnesium, C0q10, etc.
