Try a pinch of Longjack (a.k.a. Tongkat Ali or Malaysian Ginseng)...it's an earthy slightly bitter dark brown powder, I think it boosts "T" levels, not sure how it works though.
Also look at Sulbutiamine (a synthetic B vitamin invented by Japanese scientists that has an amorous effect paraphrasing from what I remember "increases interest..." and other benefits.)
And I should mention that Trazodone has "a side effect" on some people but it often also induces sleep paralysis.
One off-topic thought: And just noticing your Western Blot, that your 31 band is lit up X3. I wonder if the bug we have shares the same "tick zero" origins that they tested... it's one of those "lyme specific" bands anyhoo I don't understand how they do tests or why an alternative better test isn't widely available at this point, well I sorta know why but anywayyy...
