Heart failure or what?

Since i've been on minocin i have arrythmias and a very weak pulse if i move my head, or even at bed. If i'm standing i'm near fainting... i'm worried very worried i need to stay 24h at hospital dolor on the car.

If i'm standing my blood pressure drops to 40/20. I don't want to die of a heart problem. I'm in a endless circle having panick attacks in a row .. Today i had 25.... Only to be at hospital can calm it.

Try to raise your blood pressure with hydrocortisone?

I am very surprised that the hospital didn't admit you. You could insist, with cardiac symptoms. I have dysautonomia caused by Lyme and exacerbated by herxing, which was making my heart race and my BP drop upon sitting or especially standing, and the last time it got bad the hospital admitted me for monitoring. I saw several cardiologists - clueless about Lyme and dysautonomias, of course, but still - who at least reassured me my heart was fine. Use a bedside potty chair and don't go anywhere alone or without a wheelchair until it passes. You deserve to be safe while you heal. Hang in there, and talk to your Lyme doctor about pausing treatment until your herx passes. Focus on rest and detox. This is temporary.

I too had to nibble zanax during the anxiety (drops bp btw)
My heart inflammation didnt calm til weeks on rocephin...damage to heart valves may never heal irritated flaps. And orals cant get mic levels near that much blood flow...pain was chostocondritis ,endocarditis ,and bugs on nerves ...the arrithmyia went away on iv magnesium which u need extra because of floxing?
More panic and pharma is going to hurt you!! imho....lots of salt and rest and raw licorice in the meantime may help.
