I use a combination of cast iron (no, it doesn't help my personal iron levels at all LOL), stainless steel, and stoneware. I do not have any of the "non stick" stuff.
Sandy - for your eggs sticking, I use to have that problem too. But if I heat the pan with oil and get it hot, the eggs are much less likely to stick now. So now, I just make sure to heat up the frying pan with oil really well before adding my potentially sticky foods to it.

yes - My eggs only stick occasionally - and it's usually when I'm in a rush and don't have the oil in the pan heated enough.
