Advise how to pulse

Ok I am on bactrim and mino and I need pulsing advise, I get four days into this combo and bam it gets crazy bad so I have to quit. Llmd said to back off if I herx bad, and he says to try pulsing if I herx too bad but I do not want to pay for a call so how do I pulse. I can get rifampin and flagyl and anything I want too. But I like the mino I made large strides with it alone and I added bactrim I was scared of rifampin so I put it next. I have bad pill anxieties. Never till I got sick though. So the reason I went bactrim I took it before I got sick and tolerated it well so I was more comfortable. I want to do at least 3 months on it for helping babs I do not have it. But I do not fully know for sure. When I first got sick had all the symptoms and I think it may come out soon. So should I do three on and two off as far as days? My llmd said to make sure to cover the 7 days like day 7,14,21,28 that’s breeding cycles so I need to be killing right? So 4 and 2 maybe 4 days on and 2 off and try to get to weeks on? Please advise thanks!

He said he doesnt like it but if i wanted to do it due to herxing just make sure to cover the 7 day cycles, as much as u can. So it is on me. All in talks when i visited him. I just wanted ideas how people are pulsing when herxing bad etc. Thanks

His thinking is the breeding cycle of 28 days that more than likely days 7-14-21-28 will have some activity where they come out of biofilms so i think once i get this herx lowered i will try what you said but add in the rifampin and should i do another? I can not do macrolades do to heart rhythm from the borrelia so doc said do not use. I have 30 days of azithro that he said do not use. I can get what ever drug i need or want. So thanks for info....
