Hey Girlie,
Have had it done a few times, and this last time I asked for one to be done. They will do it once a month now.
Also, I have been doing a lot of research, again, on acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans (ACA for those who haven't seen it much) and have seen some of your concerns of skin. I noticed I haven't sweat in a long time, even when it gets hotter, but a lot of the symptoms I experience do not fit ACA and a lot do. We've discussed a lot of these before.
Do you know of any other disease or infection that would fit the loss of fat/collagen, losing weight, etc...? ACA also, apparently, affects sweat glands too.

It is showing I posted back to Girlie, but I don't see it. Will try again.
Did not test regularly for T3 before. I pushed to have it done again, and that's when we found out it actually had dropped after starting liothyronine. Now doctor said she will do testing once a month. Thought it was helping with the late afternoon, low-grade fever and fatigue, but it came back today. Have no idea what is causing that.

T3 I started about
6 months ago. I know, it's crazy but I guess my doc thinks I don't absorb my meds well. Makes sense because my stomach is crazy awful at processing anything at all it seems.

No I don’t.
The backs of my hands sweat periodically - usually in the evening.
I don’t know what causes it - thought maybe it was SFN

It could be that you could be proactive and support your adrenals now. That might even help with the energy levels. pantothenic acid, vitamin c, adaptogens like ashwaghanda or rhodiola, maybe some methyl-b12 sublingually. But I totally get it. I have to drink caffeine some days to get through my work day. Sometimes 12 to 14 hour days. Be really greedy with your sleep time if you can. Get as much as possible. I drink regular black tea with no sugar added. I lean more towards tea to get energy than coffee or anything else.

I actually have a tea every day, bottled, it's about
two cups worth of caffeinated tea. And I do fine. I was having 3 bottles a day at one point I was so addicted lol. I've cut back and might just ditch it altogether soon as I'm getting quite tired of it. I haven't crashed, just felt fatigued this entire time regardless...

I miss Mountain Dew as much as anything because of the taste and caffeine. But the sugar alone would take me out now
. I now drink decaff tea I make at home because caffeine started making my heart race, at times. And, as jb mentioned, would crash.
