Hello I have been on atovaquone/biaxin/plaquenil/nystatin for about 2 months now, for about a week now I have been peeing a lot and I keep dripping pee after I am done. I was wondering if this could be side effect of the meds or a lyme symptom? My other new symptom or side effect is that I always feel like my stomach is empty even after I eat a meal.

Assuming it's not diabetes, and is actually a reaction to medication, it could be antibiotics affecting cytochrome P450 enzymes and messing with adrenal hormones, vitamin D, and electrolytes. It could be any of the abx, but my hunch would be biaxin (clarithromycin).

You might also want to get your aldosterone and ADH checked if possible, and kidneys

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. If your liver is trying to detox something, it can destroy aldosterone in the process. This can be a side effect of certain meds. Low ADH is more likely due to autonomic dysfunction.
