Babesia die off?

Last week I increased two killing homeopathics that unknowingly both target babesia. I had an increase in air hunger, worsening fatigue and anxiety, sweats and chills, bad POTS symptoms and body aches. So I feel like this was a babesia herx. However, I haven't taken any of those meds in probably 5 or 6 days. Yet, I still feel so terrible. Air hunger subsided, POTS/cardio symptoms aren't as bad, but I am still so so fatigued, the malaise in probably worse, and my body constantly aches. Could I still be experiencing a herx, or did we just wake up the monster and now I am in a flare? My ND said that it wasn't active when he checked it prior to the meds. But I feel like it is active now. What babesia symptoms do you usually experience in a flare? How do I make things better? My doc said not the start the killing meds back until I felt the die off symptoms had resided, but it's been almost a week. I should be better by now. Thanks!

I have/had all of those symptoms.

I sometimes take epsom salt baths, but the salts itch me. I did a coffee enema yesterday, but evidently I was so toxic that it made things worse. I probably do need to be doing more detox. Just haven't felt like doing any of the bigger detox methods like cator oil pack or sauna.

Would Welchol be an appropriate binder? Or would activated charcoal work better? I am out of burbor/pinnella. I do usually take it though.

Coolio278, any pathogen dying will release mycotoxins. Even killing off mold spores you will get an increase in symptoms. Why would only a spirochete cause die off? Killing parasites causes die off too.
