My copper level has always tested below the reference range, the last value was 48 out of 72-166, which was after 3 months of 2 mg copper chelate.
I take 25 mg zinc gluconate, 50 mcg of molybdenum, 100 mcg selenium, 350 mg magnesium citrate, 0.5 mg lithium occasionally, and 4-8 mg of iron; 8 mg of manganese was added recently. Zinc tests in the lower mid range, magnesium high range, and ceruloplasmin and manganese slightly below range.
Unfortunately I can't tolerate antihistamines, they cause significant memory impairment.
I'm leaning towards this being a herx rather than copper toxicity,
