Anyone else get a weird misstep feeling?

Hi. Does anyone get a feeling when they walk that is similar to stepping in a pot hole or walking down the stairs and you miss a step? You feel caught off guard a bit and as though your leg sank or you bent your knees. But nothing is happening to my legs it just feels as though it sank in a hole. It's weird as hell. I guess this would be classified as a balance issue? I can walk and run fine though and only happens when walking or standing, not running. Is this babesia?

Yes, I totally have this. I hate it. I have described it to doctors as "I don't know exactly where my body is in space" and "I can't judge my steps when I walk accurately, like when glasses prescriptions change, but intermittently." So weird and disorienting. I wish I could tell you what it is, but I don't know. I assume it has to do with the nervous system, and for me it happens more when I am experiencing a die-off reaction or actively detoxing.

I used to get this when I was very toxic from mold. Sauna would help me the most with it (lots of sweating). If you haven't used sauna before go slow.

I get this and a whole lot of other balance issues from mold exposure. Also get it with herxing at times - especially with anything that causes a lot of toxins to be released.

Yes, often. And once after visiting the ER. The nurse-interns jolted as if to help me as I almost fell down leaving the ER area. I think they call it Ataxia. The bad part is, most people would just assume you are drunk.

When I was still trying to exercise, (normally had great balance and athletic agility) I full-on fell really abruptly and unexpectedly bad during a sprint which was very uncharacteristic for me.

When my symptoms flare I try not to go out in public, or else I make a conscious effort to not walk funny lol.
