Symptom ID help.

I stopped herbal treatment for several months. The symptoms that came back were morning anxiety, depression, and brain fog. Plus long term thumbband face twitching.( And a heavy arm sensation also sore lymph and sternum thing and ocular migraines- at moment gone)

The anxiety and depression have morphed and aren't as cut and dry. Now it's this-

When I wake up I and throughout morning I feel a general malaise and tiredness along with fodggy and a slight can't get oxygen feeling.

I made apt with natropath and want to describe how I feel. Is there a better way to describe? Is this air hunger.

My cognitive function from waking to mid afternoon is definitely not as good.

Maybe two days in last week I have less and feel fairly good after an hour or so ... it's like a rollercoaster of up down symptoms.

Let me know if you have any ideas.
