I had completely forgotten about Epsom salt baths! That is super easy, although I don't have a tub, hopefully a foot soak will suffice. I hesitate to get on the elliptical because I don't want to burn calories but my husband likes to remind me that I still need to get exercise even if I am underweight. Maybe I should try that, too. Walking can be good exercise. Go for a walk through the neighborhood or a nearby park or beach.
