Is anybody using this? If so. How do you feel on it?

It is useless, if you want the benefits of antimicrobial then get monolaurin. It is just expensive coconut oil extract. I took up to two tablespoons a day and noticed nothing except diarrhea at first.

I love it. I notice a big difference in the balance of my blood sugar and a decrease in sugar/carb cravings.

My husband just started taking it - but I can’t remember why.

He read something about it - maybe to help with his blood sugar levels?

We have so many supplements on our counter I can’t remember what they’re all for anymore.... sheesh
