Strange lyme or?

Hi all, my story short:
From 2007 pains at joints, sweating, tirednes, about 2014 swolen wrists and get lyme positive. Get 3 weeks of doxy and took me in remession for year, next year again big pain in wrists get azi (zitro) for 2 weeks and took me in 8 months remission...I get to ours only LLMD, test show lyme (afzelii). I got doxy with azi. about half year on abx I got big pains on wrists, some acrodermatitis, tendotis and big osteoporosis in wrists. Changed abx to mino, Amoxicillin, zitro and flagyl, than change amoxi to Rifamicin. I was on abx for 3,5 years with absolutely no herx, with no improvement...now my knees and ankles really hurting. I can't walk from pain... psychological I am on bottom...before my new pains comes, I took some iron, zinc and take 3 days of Albendazole. When it starts I double my Abx, no herx, no reaction only worsening... I study this illness for 3 years, read everything but I can help myself and find where is problem...I have Terry's nails (white, no lunula), some light hashimoto, some ebv etc. I done detox (infra, chlorela, vitamins etc.) I had no reaction to abx, monolaurin, enzymes, herbs no reaction to anything...now I stop all abx and trying crypto with artremisinin (if Babs can be a problem, again no reaction) but I had no positive co-infection only some show of mycoplasma. I had no positive for Bart, no bart symptoms, but i had tendotis and joints problems. I feel like I had something except lyme, but don't know what. Thinking about parasites, maybe mold, or some virus? My palms, hand changing colors, some cirkulation and veins involment (aca or acrocyanosis). Thinking about full Buhner, but I tried some tinctures in past (cowden, Buhner) with no reaction only some spasms. From flagyl I get only nausea, tiredness and depressed. My LLMD say to continue on abx, but 3,5 years on heavy abx with no herx, no improvement? According to his test i am better, but according my body only worsening. Do you have some ideas guys? Sorry for my bad English, I am 34 man from central Europe.

My LLMD has about 35000 lyme patients and nobody has babs positive ever! According to him, this infection is not active here...but dogs has it, strange. In past I had some sweating night and day, but I have always sweat more than average people, even when healthy...have no air hunger, but I often yawning. Symptoms fit only few ones...now I realized I have dermografism also. Practically nobody here is treating for babs. Yep when I took doxy and zith first I also doesn't herx, but abx works. I was on mino about 3 years 200/300 mg for day and nothing happened. He may be give me some babs treatment, but without test or symptoms its blind shot. I try took more artremisinin and crypto for now (is should be strong for babs). My family don't want any other abx for me, but try some alternative (herbs etc.) And I am very sceptical about abx for now. It's only get candida for me.

No, read my first post, last sentence...I know in US there are lot of co- infections.

Sandyfeet: which are your recommendation for mold? I can take some binders, but don't know what else...candida is also mold?

I don't know which buhner herbs I should take for my joints/tendons/veins problems. Angropasis, Vilcacora, Knowteet, Boneset, Boswellia? I don't have much neuro problems, maybe some pots. Do you have any idea? I will take it all as a powder extract, because here aren't quality tinctures only quality powders...
