Multi vitamin question

I am heterozygous for the mthfr gene. Can someone suggest a vitamin that doesn’t contain folic acid.

If you want one that doesn't contain Folic Acid but does has Folate, there are couple of option here:

Are you wanting a multi with methylfolate - or no folate/folic acid at all?

If you’re looking for methylated - maybe Swanson has a multivitamin - that’s the brand of B Complex I get - with methylated b’s
