White Nails - Gotten Worse/May sound like broken record

Anyone else here notice scary nail changes?

My nails are nearly white and some seem to have red bands at the top. If you research you get scary results like cirrhosis/liver disease, kidney disease, anemia, congestive heart failure, and all these scary things. However my blood and ultrasounds on my liver and kidneys are all normal and my heart is normal.

The nail changes started a 18 mo-2 years ago and just so frustrating.

I lost all the moons...and I have vertical ridges on the nails.. I've got the moons back on a couple of my fingernails...but not the rest. I don't recall if I had moons on all fingernails prior to lyme tho.
