Itchy Brown Spots

For the last week or two, I've been getting itchy brownish pink sots on my legs and back. They are not bug bites, but look like some kind of rash. The spots look very similar to bruises, but they itch like crazy. The skin is not broken, and the spots are not swollen or raised. They are not eczema, and I'm pretty sure it isn't some kind of contact dermatitis.

I would be afraid I was coming down with some kind of contagious disease, but I felt fine, other than some stomach complaints.

Does anyone know what these are? I'm suspecting parasites— I've never seen rashes like this before

I'm sorry—the spots actually seem to change color, but they are mostly brown. It's probably some form of eczema, but the thing the looks different is that they are surrounded by veins with broken capillaries. They are not exactly circular and they are not painful.
