feeling gripped up like something is squeezing chest

lease talk to me about the feeling of being "gripped up" in the chest and diaphragm- like something is squeezing-- for me it is related to my severe bloat/distention- I dont knwo if it is gas goign up into my lung cavity; or the babesia or myco or a specific pathogen; or something else but it is my worst symptom and I need help figuring out what it is so I can treat it!!! anyone else have this? like something is squeezing you ALL THE TIME form the inside out? and it makes you not able to breathe? IT gets stronger for me when my bloat gets bigger- which is not even related to how I eat- happens most of the time and occasionally relaxes a bit for a short time- and no one has been able to tell me what the SOURCE of it is. my plan is to treat parasites, babesia and liver/kidney detox but I would like to know if others have this symptom exactly and hat it is for you and if so how do you treat it?

I’ve had something similar - a bit lower.
Squeezing around the rib cage.
Feels like vice grips.
And taking a deep breath is difficult.

It’s not constant - but would get episodes - think it’s happened a dozen times in the past 5 years.

I thinks caused by my nerves.

Is yours constant - or do you have flares?
I think mine is bart related.

I had tightness in my chest, trouble breathing, tightness across the ribs so bad I couldn’t stand up straight. Felt like my chest wall wouldn’t move and my lungs couldn’t fully expand because my chest wall wouldn’t move.

I never knew which infection caused those symptoms. They started after a bronchitis illness that everyone in my house got. I got over the bronchitis only to have inflammation set in and travel from one area to another. It was in my chest for 4 months and then moved to my intestines with sudden onset of IBS-C.

I did (and still do) test positive for chlamydia pneumonia. Also have high IGG mycoplasma titers as part of my coinfection picture.

yeah as I was saying in the other posts-- some how in the SEVEN YEARS I have been spending every dollar and every minute trying to get out form under these illnesses, I failed to test for co infections so I still dont even know what I have~ it is nuts. Like I just realized this week how chaotic it all has been. Now I have a new dr and I think over time she and I can at least figure out what i have- whether we can succefully treat I dont know. I think I have parasites bart baesia myco and lyme. Anyway- yeah I still have no idea andd it is CONSTANT> for years- sometimes worse than others ( like now) and worse connected to how severe the bloating gets- and lately a feeling like wax in my lungs too-- feel like tho I went to hansa 5 orhwatever times, did lall these herbs, did magnets- thngs are us worse. so I ordered two new herbal things which look good while I await my next dr appointment and all my test results-- https://totalbodywellnessclinic.com/products/natures-pharmacy-formula-5 for bart and https://totalbodywellnessclinic.com/products/natures-pharmacy-formula-3 for babs. I started on the mimosa pudica which I think eventually will be good but I Am so gripped up and cant breathe I may want to wait on it. Also ordered a liver kidney detox formula. You went to Hansa several times?

Were you well after Hansa and then relapsed?

Or did you not get well there?

I went five times. I got somewhat better for a few years, then relapsed- went back, got a little better- then just didnt get better and got worse- stopped going. did magnet treatments for 6 months thought I was getting somewhat better- started to get worse. NOw I am terrible again- grippe dup cant breathe etc dont know what the cause is

I get those symptoms. The chest and throat squeezing tightnesss with severe air hunger. It gets worse for me when I take sida acuta or Japanese knotweed. So im guessing for me it's related to babesia because those herbs are known to target babesia.
