Here are some details I found on their website:

Eligibility
Patients with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers should not use the device

U.S. not accepted
We do not currently accept orders from U.S.A or Canada.

International Fee
Shipping and Handling for International orders (outside the United Kingdom) will be applied when calculated after checkout. This will be up to £50 GBP.

Non-EU Customs
Orders from outside the EU can be subject to Customs fees that are outside the control of Parasym Health.
