CD57 T-nk flow cytometry analysis positive abnormal

Got notified via Patient Fusion latest CD57 result came back positive and abnormal. Unfortunately Patient Fusion doesn't provide the actual results so even though I know I'm still below range I'm hoping the last 4 months that the numbers are at least moving up. Will have to wait for Drs office to mail me copy of cd57 lab report. My last cd57 was 32.

I'm convinced my main issues are not Lyme and the various coinfections I had but I thought there was a study or article that suggested certain virals could lower a person's cd57. Anyone recall something similar and have a link? Concerned persistent low cd57 could lead to worse health issues but my memory not so good. Been bed ridden last couple days, only get up to feed cats and bathroom break.

I am so ready for this to be over, 15.5 years is enough already

Mold can cause it to drop, too. It did mine.

My CD57 had been climbing last year then plummeted to an all time low in May. Decided to re-test the house for mold and myself for mycotoxins. Mold and mycotoxins were very high.

Two labs offer the test - Realtime Labs and Great Plains Lab.

Great Plains MycoTox is the last one I did. It covers more than Realtime and costs less. I think a lot of the doctors have shifted to Great Plains for those reasons. They also provide an excellent information sheet with your results describing the mycotoxins you test positive for, the molds that produce them, and the health effects they can cause. Realtime didn’t provide anything like that, at least not when I tested with them in the past.

Hi Roxie-
Besides for a range of infections you would already know you had (like Chlamydia), Borellia,mycotoxins and some parasites lower the CD57. If I had to guess though, your mycoplasma alone is lowering your CD57.

I agree. Waiting on my co test results. Virals could also be going crazy again. I just can't seam to reach the next plateau of improving health

Drs office called. I was very surprised to hear cd57 dropped a bit more, now 30. Liver enzymes elevated, Myco igg increased. TSH over 5 (this was a shocker). BUN/Crea ratio low. Vitd on low end of range even tho taking 5000 a day.....argh. not sure if this combined reason for severe fatigue and other symps or if maybe ebv or some other viral. Rechecking ten in 2 weeks. Not sure why since not treating.

Increasing Medcaps daily, adding Adrenall, otherwise existing protocol the same except also adding phosphatidylcholine.

Really need to feel much better soon....very tired of the whole 15 plus year experience....
