Samsara herbs lyme recovery

I am in Canada and don't have access to antibiotics so I'm trying the Samsara herbs lyme recovery (japanese knotweed, cat's claw, stevia,etc.). Started just over three months ago and have seen little improvement except maybe increase in energy. Otber people have noted gastrointestinal symptoms. I have diarrhea with this every day, when I used to be constipated. My question is do other people get diarrhea and cramps with lyme treatment? Is this a sign of die off and thus a good thing? Should I see more results after three months, taking treatment twice a day?
