I've been having very high blood pressure for a couple of weeks now, so high that it sent me to the hospital twice (along with left sided flank/rib pain) The first time I was there, they told me to return if my symptoms didn't improve, so I did. Only, they still didn't give me anything to lower the blood pressure, so going there a second time was useless.
They originally thought I had a kidney infection, but then admitted on my second visit that I most likely did not have a kidney infection, rather just a UTI that seemed like it was improving. They couldn't explain the tenderness in my ribs and flank pain, or the high blood pressure.
Since then, my blood pressure has been fluctuating, still mostly high.
I just got my records from the hospital, and my bloodwork shows high Abs Neutrophil, high WBC, and low MVP. I unfortunately don't know what these levels mean, since they told me that everything was normal while I was there.
WBC: 12.23 10*3/uL
Abs Neutrophil Cnt 7.69 10*3/uL
MVP 9.5 fL
Does anyone know the significance any of these numbers? Thank you!
