I have been sleeping in my car since around the 8th of July because of mold exposure and severe reactions to the house. Since starting MCAS treatment about
3 weeks ago, I have stabilized a good bit. I also started Fluconazole about
3 weeks ago, and have been treating with Mimosa pudica for awhile - increased this past week to 4 capsules in the morning with good results.
However, something else has started happening. I have had bathroom accidents - both pee and poo - in the past 2-3 weeks. Even for weeks before that, I was barely making it to the bathroom.
When I wake up, I know I have to pee so I get up. As soon as I stand up and start moving, it’s like gravity just pulls it to the exit, and my muscles feel too weak to hold it in.
Twice in the past week, the same happened with poo. I was already up and had started the day but didn’t rush to the bathroom at the first urge. The urge passed and when it returned, I couldn’t make it before something came out. Again - muscles too weak.
I assume all this is related to toxicity from mold exposure. When I was in Mold exposure before being dx with CIRS, I had some accidents back then, too, and used to leak. All that went away after I got out of exposure.
This time around it’s much worse, though. Has anyone else experienced this?
