I don’t.
Have you recently checked your environment for mold? Are there other environmental toxins you might be exposed to in the night or in the room where you sleep - fragrance, chemicals, flame retardants, kerosene, etc.
I can say that things happen in the night that don’t during the day. I always feel worse in the morning. In a bad night, sometimes weird things start as soon as I lay down or close my eyes. It’s hard to explain. I hear most with Lyme say they feel worse in the morning.
If you have brain swelling (sounds like you do), then laying down probably increases or shifts the pressure around, which could make brain symptoms worse. That’s just my totally non-medical opinion.
Thanks again WBF. No weird fragrances or anything in my room and had the house taken care of for any mold a couple years ago ( was safe house according to HERTSMi to begin with).
I’ve very underweight with no snoring or anything and a finger pulse oximeter should perfect oxygen numbers throughout the night but just want to make sure I’m not missing anything by not having a sleep study done.
