Lumbrokinase vs Serrapeptase

Hey all thanks for your advice lately!

With my constant leg pain I’m considering trying serrapeptase as I’ve read wonderful results.

I swear it’s either restless legs, neuropathy, or just something with my veins (spider veins and bulging vein are good clues) and I can’t stand the pain. I just don’t want to take over the counter stuff for it as that’s messed up my stomach lining I’m wondering how serrapeptase has worked for you all for pain.

I tried lumbrokinase for over a month and have got very little results from it and no herxing that I’m thinking of switching for serrapeptase.

I’m seeing a naturopath and kinesiologist who fully support me trying different things and keeping an eye on things that it’s been good.

I only tried the serrapeptase and didn’t notice anything good or bad

I’m not sure if it really is effective in biofilm busting

Have you found anything effective in biofilm bursting?
That’s what I tried the lumbrokinase for and just didn’t notice a whole ton. I’m also on a lot of supplements so it’s hard to notice what’s doing what.

My LLMD has me on xylitol and lactoferrin for biofilms - I can’t tell if it’s working - but I just trust he knows what he’s doing.

True - it is difficult to know what is working. Especially when some things don’t work right away.. and others’ do.

Then there’s herxes vs flares

Prior to treatment I would have random flaring of symptoms - no treatment whatsoever at the time...

Keep us updated for sure. I’m thinking of grabbing some serrapeptase at the natural foods store and giving it a try. I may have to look more at revamping my protocol and see what helped. Introduce things more slowly to to see what’s really helping and what’s not.

I tried serrapeptase during lyme abx treatment. Then again after for three months, noticed nothing. Was going to try Lumrokinase, never did.

Serrapeptase supposedly does many things including breaking down fibrin, scar tissue ect., in muscle and helping blood circulation.

I certainly did and partially still do have some type of circulation issues in my legs, including edema after standing a long time. I also have two clotting genes. So I was hoping this would do SOMETHING noticable, nope.... nothing. Did I need a higher dose? - this stuff costs a lot at normal doses.

A hard, lumpy, foam roller did 1000% more.

I did not herx using this after abx my abx trials, so I guess thats good news if active lyme herx's from this.

there were some good posts on these two a couple years 2017-2018, plus the one other enzyme close to these two, yes there are three supps like this, not just two.

Yeah I definitely need something for blood flow. Mine has been terrible lately with the raynauds showing up and spider veins. I’m actually getting an ultrasound ordered for my legs.
Going to give the serrapeptase a try as I’ve had high fibrin on blood tests and all these issues. Hoping to get somewhere soon.

Tried Natto too, again nothing gained or noticed for myself.

Prob try Lumro sometime, the higher $ vs serra and natto.

I went to a blood specialists, typical..did nothing, was like pulling teeth to get them to listen lol.

What was your fibrin test? convention lab (ins covered) or weird lab like were used to?

Just labcorp fibrinogen test a year and a half ago. It was normal when I got first diagnosed with Lyme but somehow almost 4 years later it shot to double. Bartonella has been my main problem too along with Mycoplasma the last couple years. Lyme I’ve pretty much cleared.
