It looks like you had more than the 'usual' tests for the ANA. - well more than what I've seen on this forum before.
When my regular Dr. (prelyme diagnosis) tested me for autoimmune diseases....I didn't get all that information. If I can find it...I'll see what mine says.
Maybe the IgG IFA being detected means it's an older antibody (IgG vs IgM) and it's in your past? So not current...anymore.
But then why is the < 1:80 considered high?
When I had dry eyes (for years) - they didn't water...they were...well...dry...
