Somebody was on a Lyme discord group and doing the usual everyone is faking stuff (he only had it for two weeks and is parading around hubris) saying that only poor and stupid people enjoy sitting at home lol.

Really boiled my blood.

I’m a lawyer. What about you guys?

Sounds like a lucky fellow who got treated right away, but an idiot for not understand that difference vs not treating soon.

Time will tell if hes cured or not.

I worked, but have had a variety of flexable jobs that I sought which would fit my "handycapts". Finding new ones that fit me were always a chore.

Never, ever told anyone at work what my condition was. You will be fired eventually. To many stories where peoples "nice " bosses later canned them, just took time.

Yeah I love when people pull the it-worked-for-me-so-it-works-for-everyone mindset. People do it in the weight loss community a lot too. That mindset of it's so easy to do/treat, everyone is just lying to themselves. It is toxic.

As for me, I graduated college in 2017 and am currently enrolled in online classes full time to get a vocational certificate. I plan on finishing this spring. I cannot work a regular job though.
