Is Cordyceps Okay to Take If You Have Candida?

Have read conflicting information on the question. Does cordyceps make candidas albicans worses?

Buhner says that is an "herban legend" and it will not cause candida or any other kind of intestinal or systemic yeast or fungal infection to "bloom".

I haven't heard that it does myself, but Buhner is pretty emphatic that it does not.

Thanks, potsnpans. I've been using it for a while and have candidas right now. Really wanted to keep taking it.
