I did Buhner's babesia protocol for a few months last year and saw no improvement or escalation in symptoms so I'm pretty sure I don't have that at least. I started the keto diet again this year but have been bad at adhering to it lately but that did wonders for my exercise-related joint pain/inflammation. I've been on antibiotics since about
July I guess, and Buhner Lyme herbs, but haven't noticed difference from either. Just started Bartonella herbs and they're really, really making me herx. I'm thinking bart is at the forefront of this battle for me. Oh I also did a series of IV antibiotics this year but didn't improve from those either.
All of my symptoms have come back but not at quite full force, mostly because I'm such a watchdog on what's making me react now. Otherwise I think I'd be back in a similar place. I've also developed new symptoms which I think are from the bart. I question if I was re-infected last year because I went downhill quickly in the span of a month, after I went on vacation to Arizona.
Still though, on a good week I am at or near 80% and a bad week is about
65-70%, which is better than my average of 50-60% regularly at my worst. But I did get to about
80-85% after the Cowden/keto protocol. Just goes to show relapse is always possible :/
