I belive this is the single most important thing I can do to improve my health and be able to handle a high workload.
I have worked mostly from home for a long time and never really had to get up early.
But I started at the university almost 2 months ago and I often skip my early lessons and when I have to get up early for a test or something else I have to go to, I perform poorly. My wake up time can change a lot for the moment.
I just dropped out of one course so Im going to read at 75 %, plus about
10 hour of work a week for the next months, and hopefully 100 % again later.
I start the day with a morning walk almost every morning to get some sunlight and set the circadian rytm. I will have to delay this a bit soon as its getting darker earlier now.
I need to be better in eating my last meal earlier. Should have that around 7 pm as latest if I should be getting good sleep.
Less dark chocolate. I have been feeling pretty bad after eating chocolate lately, but have still eaten quite a lot. A lot of caffeine in it also.
Don’t study as late if no need to study for an exam or something similar. Going to have more time to put in for studing Algebra earlier, where Im a bit behind in for the moment.
I will get more time for meditation, and working out now, that should help a lot also.
I need to get in bed around 10 to get my sleep, this will be very hard but I think it would be so good.
I stay up way to late on weekends, staying up one hour later normaly, and more sometimes is fine. But not a few hours later at a high frequency.
I have a big test in the morning the 31st of Oct, so need to fix this before that.
