Who here is on NAC everyday without getting stomach issues from it and at what doses a day?

When I first took NAC with minocycline I started a whole new herx event, I also believe it helped me tolerate continued use of minocycline. Many report using NAC as part of detox protocol.

Interesting to note the relationship to glutathione, one of the lyme depleted nutrients that literally affect the whole body and all body systems. I consider it extremely supportive to treating lyme and cos.

Yes. 600mg capsules.

NAC is underrated in the lyme treatment world imo.

I still use NAC even though I'm in "remission". If I take a break from NAC I can tell the difference and quickly get back on.

I have taken NAC with disulfiram, it is OK for me. 1000mg sometimes 2 a day. I take it when I need it.

Thanks for reminding me to take this. I forgot I had some. 600mg NAC, yes once or twice a day I think. It can only help. I think it is loosening up some deep mucus (biofilms? also maybe? it must be, I feel it)... It reminds me of Vitamin C...(going to take some now) it's so essential, your body always needs it, us lyme n co sufferers especially. Precursor to glutathione which is a universal antioxidant.

I really have no executive function to remember what all to take each day... so I'm sort of winging it.

Speaking of wings, I think I'll make some herbal/medicinal chicken (wings, breast) tomorrow with generous oregano, garlic, honey, cayenne, curry, and cumin. I really do notice an anti-inflammatory effect from raw garlic, just a few cloves will do it.

I took the full dose of cholestyramine (about 4 grams) and it took something out of me, so I gotta put something back I think, hence more nutritious greens, keto, paleo lean meats again.
