I'm long lyme free, and I still control my diet strictly - loads of antioxidants, fresh veggies and fruits, plus low consumption of hard-to-digest things such as oily foods, too many proteins (animal or not), no gluten, no dairy, no eggs, no processed foods, no added sugar, etc). For me, this is a must to stay functional.
I also got adept to celery juice, cucumber juice, lemon juice and raw ginger juice, that I take daily (not all, but at least 2 of them a day). I do find the juices refreshing and helpful (to avoid colds, for example).
Since lyme went permanently dormant, I became like other people and caught colds, the flu, again. So these things help me keep cold-free most of the time.
I also take a few herbs, not daily, but when I can, such as licorice, lemon balm, sage, thyme, etc in tea form.
And lately, I bought a laser device that I use for doing cold laser blood irradiation, once a week or so. It's relaxing, helps with cleaning the blood (I see the color of my hands and feet change to clear color), and feels good.
I'm also producing all my vitamins in liposomal form (B12, B vitamins, magnesium, Vit C etc). I simply mix them all, and prepare my whole month doses at once and keep them refrigerated. I add some healing herbs inside, that I keep changing.
