Sensitivity to Bass

I wonder if anyone else here experiences this. Whenever I am around amplified bass or kick drums, live or in recordings, especially if there's a subwoofer, my heart/chest vibrates with it in such an unpleasant way that I simply must leave the room. The urgency to leave the room feels very primal, like I'm about to die. Indeed, the sensations in my chest as a result of resonating with the bass eventually feel like little tears that take a day or so to heal.

I have Babesia and Lyme, by the way. I've had very bad pericarditis (inflammation of the lining of the heart) for years, so this could be a result of that. It's very scary but no one around me seems to understand what I'm going through.
