Blood test results. What does it mean?

My basophils and eosinophils are high and my creatine is low. Anything to be concerned about? Or is this normal for someone in my position (treating Lyme and Bart)? I read high eosinophils could be from parasites?

I also am having a very hard time staying warm, I've always been cold but lately it's bad. Just had my thyroid checked and it was within normal range (I take levothyroxine). Man I hate winter!

I have been researching the heck out of eosinophils the past couple of months because mine were high as well. How high were they?

Significant elevation of eosinophils can mean: parasites, mast cell disease, histamine intolerance, food allergies, allergies in general, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, leukemia, lymphoma, and few other cancers.

Have you had test results similar to these before? Any new symptoms that could point to a cause?

Low creatine can mean poor liver function or muscle wasting. Any chance you have not been eating enough? I have had low creatine when my body is in ketosis from malnutrition.

Good luck. I know parsing all of this stuff is not fun.

Thanks Saraeli. I read that parasites could raise your eosinophils. I never really gave them much thought until I started reading some posts on here. Now I'm wondering if maybe I have a parasite issue as well? IDK. I have always had my steak SUPER rare, enjoyed sushi, taken care of livestock, picked and eaten wild mushrooms berries fruits etc. I've been around pet dogs, birds, reptiles, and fish all of my life. Plenty of chances for exposure over the years.

My weight has been all over the place throughout this ordeal. I've been as low as 142lbs and as heavy as 200lbs. My normal weight is/was 170. I'm at 182 right now so I'm eating plenty. I have lost a lot of muscle. I imagine my liver is under some stress from the years of abx, herbals, and supplements.

I don't know it's always something with this crap. My broken arm has healed a bit wonky and now there is talk of surgery to shorten my ulna. Also my tfcc is torn in my wrist.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to these boards and would like your advice.
My daughter has been tested for lymes disease with Arminlabs in Germany. I just got back the results today. I am waiting for my GP to ring me and tell me what they mean. I am so anxious. Maybe ye can tell me here what they mean. I am presuming my daughter has Lymes disease as there are 5 positive on the list. These are them and the analysis comment by the lab person also.

Babesia microti IgM 1,036
Bartonella henselae IgM 1,096
Rickettsia akari IgM 1,409
Human Parvovirus B19 IgM 1,238
Mycopl.pneum.u.fermentans IgM 1,270

Human Parvovirus B19, Mycoplasma pneumoniae/fermentans.
Please look at the results of the EliSpots and the
CD57-positive NK-cells.

SO my questions are:
does these results confirm my daughtwer has lymes disease?
and are these infections treatable?

Hi Blueberry - welcome to the forum
If the test results say positive - then yes she does.
Do you have the Elispot test results? (They’re mentioned in your post)
Also what are the ranges for the others’? (Bartonella, Babesia etc)

How long has your daughter had symptoms?

Thank you so much for your replies.
We are in Ireland. There is only one specialist Doctor in Dublin who treats lyme disease. I have sent the results on to him. He will look at them somyime next week.

My daughter got the "tickplex plus" test done with Arminlabs.
I looked at the results again now and I do not see the Elispot or CD57 results. Is there another name for these terms? What I have included in my original post is the positive results. The rest of the results were negative.

I see Borrelia burgdorferi mentioned on the list. On the results its down as b. Burg xxx with different extensions. These are all negative on the test results.

My daughter started showing symptons last November 2018. Was misdiagoned with POTS.
She started getting very fatigued back then. Then was lightheaded on standing, now she is lightheaded all the time . Thats the worst part of her symptons. She is bedbound all the time. Her eyesight is affected too. Lots of floaters and has sensitive to light. There are more symptons too. But these are tge main ones.
