Binders after mold remediation

HI Sandyfeet, I felt worse when I started taking Benonite Clay as well, I am about four weeks in and feeling better. Dose anyone know how long we are supposed to take binders for, I have heard that as well as toxins they can also wash away important nutrients and electrolyte? Are you able to detox at all, I think going to the sauna is what helps me feel my best. Keep us updated.

okra is best on empty stomach, then wait at least 20 minutes before eating. You can take any binder along with the okra.

I have severe mold sensitivity, like really bad. Most people don't need to do the mold binders as long at I am needing them.

If you can CSM that is obviously the king mold binder, but you need a script and its best to get the compounded version that has no fillers or sugar.

The Soloray product has a lot of filler in it. I found I had to take like 15 caps at a time to have an effect. Just not worth it.

FYI I take about 3 spoonfuls of okra powder in water, it tastes very bitter/acrid. Sometimes I use gatorade to alter the taste.

I take okra powder first then every morning. Sometimes I take charcoal and chitosan with it, sometimes not.

I would be concerned about the remediation and the current mold environment in the house. I’m in the middle of remediation now, and it hasn’t gone as anticipated.

They removed drywall below all the windows, as the mold dog detected sources there and the inspector suspected sources there. The remediators didn’t “see” any mold. They did some cleaning anyway and took some test samples. I was told the air sample in the master bedroom came back sky high for aspergillis. It had low but present levels before.

Mold is largely invisible, and I have heard remediation can often make things much worse because the mold gets disturbed and spread throughout the environment if proper care isn’t taken.

The remediators set up containment when they did the demolition but took it down after they didn’t “find” anything, which probably meant they unwittingly opened the house up to further contaminants.

Have you done any testing in the house since remediation?

If you use the services of a good company that deals with mold damage, you don't need to worry that there will appear mold in your house again. For example, last year I bought an old house in San Diego. I wanted to renovate it and rent it to people. After I checked the house's cellar, I found out that it is full of mold that creates a bad smell. I used the services of a company that deals with mold remediation in San Diego . They cleared my cellar out of the mold in just two days and repaired the roof so the basement would always be dry.
